GENERAL PRESENTATION OF DUTIES
The person will report to the managing director and will be responsible for the management of the communication between the general management and the rest of the company. She will work very closely with all the board members of the company located in Cameroon, Belgium and the UK.
DETAILED TASKS AND REQUIRED BACKGROUND
- Working as the receptionist, answering phone calls, recording mails and issuing internal correspondance upon managing directors instruction.
- Managing cash payment in relation with the chief accountant.
- Office equipment management.
- Generation and Transmission fund statements.
- The person will have a minimum 10 years experience in a similar position in Cameroon and will be fluent in English and French.
