GENERAL PRESENTATION OF DUTIES

The welder will report to the workshop manager and will have the responsibility of executing jobs on the heavy duty equipment which are used on to the plantation, made of 4 skidders + 2 excavator + 2 shipping machine.

He will cover as well the welding requirements of the transport section which is made of about 12 trucks + trailers, 4 pickups. Based in the workshop he will be however asked to perform his duties wherever the machines are in operation between Niete and Kribi.

COMPETANCIES AND REQUIRED FORMER EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years experience as a welder in an industrial or heavy duty machine company.

- Ability to speak and write in English and French is required.

- Able to work in a team.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Highly professional, honest, serious and respectful of the hierarchy.

- Painstaking worker.

- Full driving licence.
