    HR OFFICER

    HR administrative will be in charge of all HR duties: Compensation and benefit, recruitment, Training.

     Keys responsibilities

    • Processing Payroll.
    • Maintaining current HR files and databases.
    • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
    • Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
    • Posting job and organizing resumes and job applications.
    • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
    • Administering new employment assessments.
    • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
    • In charge of National Security Fund.
    • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
    • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
    • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
    • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies.
    • Keeping HR archives.

    Report to: Head of Finance and Administration

     Education and Qualifications:

    • Service Oriented.
    • Focus result.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Teamwork skills.

    Skill and Specifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in HR is mandatory.
    • Knowledge of labor legislation.
    • Three to five years’ experience in HR.
