The IT Administrative is in charge of all IT related duties.

 Keys responsibilities     

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with users needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Assures the liaison between the administration, plantation and storage center.
• Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.
• Insure IT induction for new staff.
• In charge of software training.
• Any others administrative and accounting tasks as requested by the head of department.

 Report to: Head of Finance and Administration.

 Education and Qualifications

• Service Oriented.
• Focus result.
• Proven working experience as an IT supervisor or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

 Skill and Specifications:

• A bachelor's degree in IT.
• Knowledge in internet/intranet.
• Three to five years’ experience in  IT.
