1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the branch.
- Ensuring strict respect and implementation of all Service Level Agreements at the branch level.
- Ensuring security of all assets at the branch.
- Ensuring that customers claims are resolved efficiently and in a timely fashion.
- Providing leadership to the branch operations team (customer service officer, Teller, IT officer and all support staff).
- Ensuring strict respect of the branch operational policy.
2. Key Skills and Attributes
- At least a first degree preferably in accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in branch operations management gained from a microfinance institution.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong understanding of the operational dynamics of a branch of a microfinance institution.
- Developed oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in French and English Languages.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and functioning of any accounting software used by a microfinance institution.
