Job Title : Branch Manager

 Main Duties and Responsibilities :

 Responsible for the overall Success of the Branch in terms of business development and operational efficiency.

Providing leadership to the constituted branch team.

Coordinating the activities of the branch in compliance with the Company’s applicable instruments (policy manuals, management directives, the budget, internal rules & regulations, etc.).

Planning business activity and coordinating its execution.

Identifying profitable business opportunities and developing appropriate sales and marketing actions to close them.

Effectively delegating powers to close collaborators to facilitate job accomplishment.

Reporting on a routine basis to hierarchy and updating collaborators in regular branch meetings on all business exigencies and developments.

Providing support and coaching to the branch marketing and sales team.

 Key Skills and Attributes:

At least a first degree or its equivalent in banking and finance or in any management related discipline.

Strong team leadership skills.

3+ years of experience in branch management gained from a banking or microfinance institution.

Developed sales, sales management and marketing skills.

Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

High proficiency in the French and English Languages.

Strong analytical skills.

Very strong product knowledge.

Highly developed cross-selling skills.

Mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Ability to use banking or accounting software.

Strong knowledge of Microfinance.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
