CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (CSO)
1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Serving customers diligently in strict respect of different SLAs.
- Ensuring that correct information is obtained or given to customers and that confidentiality is observed in the handling of customers’ enquiries and transactions at all times.
- Ensuring delivery of world class services to customers at all times.
- Managing customers’ complaints and providing solutions in a timely fashion.
2. Key Skills and Attributes
- At least a first degree (or its equivalent).
- Highly proficient in the English and French Languages.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Friendly personality.
- Computer knowledge.
Age range: 21 - 30 years
Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and French
