2. Preparation of weekly management reports.
3. Measurements of the achievements of financial KPls.
4. Assisting the delivery of Business Intelligence Systems for Management decision-making.
5. Preparation of financial information for Executive Management.
6. Ensuring proper reporting of income and expenditure of all branches to avoid leakages and ease performance evaluation.
7. Ensuring effective and efficient usage of resources for value creation and Maximization of Shareholders' funds in all branches.
8. Ensuring the accuracy and timeless of reports relating to branches and the Bank as a whole to ensure an effective decision making of Executive management.
Management information systems and Tax Planning (Regulatory and Statutory)
1. Balance sheet Trend analysis
2. Growth analysis.
3. Ensuring GL integrity and Accuracy.
4. Verification of GL balances.
5. Preparation of income monitoring.
6. Daily Profit report and target analysis.
7. Expense growth analysis.
8. Average deposit and Loan report.
9. GL surveillance for unusual movement in the balance sheet/proof of balances in GL.
10. Asset and Liability review.
11. Verification of Unusual Balance in GL.
12. Rendition of periodic reports to the COBAC, BEAC and other regulatory bodies.
