JOB OBJECTIVES

• To ensure that cash payments are promptly & efficiently effected while ensuring that the bank's turnaround time is maintained.
• To ensure that while in the course of carrying out daily functions the bank does not experience any losses.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Payment of customers on request.
• Receipt of cash from customers and in the course of any other transaction.
• Ensure proper and accurate balancing of cash transactions on a daily basis.
• Ensure a customer friendly disposition at all times.
• Ensure maintenance and effective utilization of physical assets.
• Handle any Franchise collection the bank may partner with at any time.
• Any other duties as assigned by the CO/HOPs.
• Call over of daily transaction.
• Daily preparation of cash proof.
• Ensure proper verification of valid documents for all cash teansactions including all money transfer products like Western Union, Money Express, etc...
• Carry out any other job, work or duty assigned by supervisor or management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Zero Rate of cash differences/zero fraud tolerance.
• Prompt balancing at the end of the day.
• Speed of processing.
• Zero tolerance for integrity test failure.
• Error rate in processing.
